Foxxy Games Update - December 2nd 2023 Update

Heeeello everybody! Sorry for there being no update on the 16th as per usual (as well as this update being a day late, I know its very unorthodox), just got insanely busy with some stuff in my personal life, but we're back into action! Lets just get straight into the progress update on everything! Well, actually, one little thing about the website you might want to be aware of...

The website is currently being updated to a newer version of the WIX editor. As a result, I am going to be doing some major updating to the site. Keep in mind in the near future, some dev versions will be published which may be a bit problematic, so I apologize in advance. If you see any issues, message me on Discord (account is listed in the Links page) and I'll do my best to fix the problem! Thanks for understanding!

Anyway, onto the good stuff! Lets see that calendar!

Theeere we go! So now, lets talk the work that has been done!

Foxa's New Character Model

Recently, I've begun work on Foxa's brand new model. Not a whole lot has been done so far, but the body itself is in what I would consider a "drafted" state, with hopes of me considering it to be in a good enough state by the 5th, and hopefully by the 10th, the head will be the same (excluding her hair, which would primarily just be a basic version) at which point I can begin to really get into the nitty gritty aspects of her model. From there I will begin to work on finalizing her body, getting her hair fully modeled, getting her fur put in place, and after its fully modeled, I'll create the her clothing models while also rigging her body mesh up. Once both of those are done, and she is fully rigged, I'll import her into Unreal Engine, do some testing, then create her materials in Designer/Substance, at which point she'll be finalized and reimported into Unreal Engine, from which point in she will be considered complete, and renders for her will be made!

Mainland Material Overhaul

Not too much has been done on this task, since I've been primarily focused on other stuff, but I have made progress here and there. I've been remodeling some of the trees to improve them, as well as improving their UV editing. Overall I'm making good progress, but there is still a lot more I need to do, and I'm hoping to make more progress over this month, and ultimately complete it by the end. Whatever the situation, I will be publishing new Mainland screenshots either way, showing its current state by the end of December on the 12th for Slendytubbies' 11 Year Anniversary.

Outpost MA-14

Unfortunately I am unable to report on any new updates on Outpost MA-14, primarily because no progress was able to be made on the map recently. Too many other things have taken up my time. I did delay its finishing date to January though, just in case it isn't finished by December, though I am still wanting to try my hardest to make December it's completion time.

Chibi Foxa

I plan later on in the month to begin modeling the Chibi version of Foxa, though I don't anticipate much will be done with her, since I will be primarily focusing on Foxa's model, Mainland and Outpost MA-14, and the other projects I am involved with that I cant talk too much about. Again, really not a lot of progress to state here.

Conclusion

You know, it kinda sucks I cant talk about the amount of progress being made, because there is progress going on, but its stuff I cant talk about. Primarily because it heavily involves those unannounced projects of mine (a few more of which are being added onto the page in the near future), but I'm really hoping as they are revealed in 2024, I can be a lot more open about things going on, and be able to show a ton more work thats being done. Until then though, I apologize from the secrecy from me. I hope you guys can understand.
